This project asks you to develop a family budget along the following lines: The poverty line for a family of three is $21, 960.

Family dynamics: A single mother, who has a high school diploma and no work experience,
needs to support her family after the accidental death of her spouse. She can only work Monday
to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 pm, because she must have access to daycare for her 9-month-old infant
and 4-year-old.
You must provide PROOF of everything that you state in your. For this project, you will do the

Prepare a monthly budget for the above family
Your budget must address each area below.

Expenses You should consider, and if you have the funds may include the
following:

● Entertainment (e.g., cable/satellite, movies, hobbies, vacations, etc.)

● Money for grooming (e.g., hair cuts, make-up)
