Think of a time when you were working with a colleague or a classmate on an important project. You needed to provide him or her with constructive feedback on how to improve his or her portion of the project.
What steps did you take to avoid barriers to effective communication and conflict with your colleague or classmate? Consider both verbal and nonverbal cues.
