Systematic review. The Use of kappa Free Light Chains for diagnosing multiple sclerosis

A systematic literature search done using PubMed and other sources.
Mainly a comparison of the results found and the results given in the references is interesting. Where are the similarities and where are the differences between the different studies. Some studies even included close related diseases as myelitis and/or CIS (clinical isolated syndrome).
The abstract should also be a structured abstract with the same sections background, aim, material and methods, results, discussion and conclusion. The manuscript should give a short overview about the current state and the latest research in the use of free kappa light chains in the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.
