Instructions ESSAY FORMAT

You should consider organizing the research paper as follows:

Introduction

Relevance of the topic (for managing organizational change)

Main Objective/ Key Question Addressed

Discussion

Conclusions

REFLECTIVE JOURNAL: STRENGTHS-BASED REFLECTION

In this journal, you will reflect on your perceived strengths (for example, teaching and learning, classroom management, or instructional design).

Requirements
In 1–2 pages (excluding attached artifacts), complete the following:

Identify and describe at least three of your main strengths, either personal or professional, as they relate to the field of education.
Analyze how you have developed these strengths throughout your coursework in the M.Ed. program and through your work experience. Support your discussion by identifying and discussing one piece of evidence or artifact from previous coursework that illustrates each strength.
Attach 1–3 pieces of evidence or artifacts from your work environment to demonstrate ongoing personal and professional development with respect to the strengths you identified. Identify the ID and title (for example, EDU599 – Education Capstone) of the courses for which you had produced the assignments.
If for some reason you do not have artifacts, you will need to provide a brief artifact (1–2 pages) exemplifying the importance of this skill in education; this artifact should ideally be something you would produce in the field, such as a short lesson plan, department memo, or training outline. Whatever it is, it must be related to this skill focused on in this reflection. Then, write 1–2 pages reflecting on how these skills are important in the field of education.

MOVIE ANALYSIS

Write a movie analysis

In order to obtain credit you MUST do the following: thoughtfully apply and develop at least two course concepts per section. DO NOT only summarize the movie. Critically assess the movie in order to provide an intellectual response to each of the questions below.

Provide a brief synopsis of the plot and main characters.
Describe the role of leadership in the movie. What types of leadership were used? In what ways does leadership help the group achieve their goals?
What methods are used to reinforce the groups identity (verbal & nonverbal)? What do the leaders do to reinforce and support the groups decisions?
How does the group handle conflict? Are these conflicts constructive or destructive? In what ways?
Are there any sidebar conversations among group members? How do conversations like these help the group achieve their goals? Do these types of conversations negatively or positively affect the group? How so?
Does the leader remind the group of the groups purpose/goal? How does this help the group? Why is this important for the group?
You must use a minimum of five cited and referenced sources.

E LEARNING

This week, you will construct an e-learning scenario that will serve as the context for your work throughout the course. You may use an authentic scenario from your current or future personal or professional life. You can also construct a completely fictional scenario. Whatever the source of your scenario, the key is to describe the scenario with as much detail as possible. The one exception is to use pseudonyms (pretend names) for any actual organizations or individuals in order to protect their privacy.

In your assignment, be sure to:

Offer a title for your e-Learning scenario (e.g., Teaching Stage 1 of Understanding by Design to New Teachers or Onboarding for Rural PRN Nurses).
Describe the organizational context for the e-Learning scenario (e.g., corporate Learning & Development department, urban school district).
Identify the individuals and groups who play a role in your e-Learning scenario, including any concerns or opportunities related to diversity, equity, or inclusion.
Explain the learning problem with significant details; what is the identified gap in knowledge or skills? For this course, you will need to focus on a narrow part of the learning need. Contact your professor for help if you aren’t sure whether your learning need is narrow enough.
Ensure that your learning problem allows for an e-learning solution.
Discuss why you think the narrow learning gap on which you will focus calls for a teacher-centered or student-centered approach.
Add details that make your scenario an interesting story.

Perform a buy-build-ally analysis for Toyota

Perform a buy-build-ally analysis for Toyota and recommend actions they can take to realize the identified opportunity within five years.
Use resources such as the company website, which will have pertinent information including its most recent sustainability report, and other relevant sources to help complete this presentation.
Create a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to show the results of your analysis and present your recommendations. Use both on-screen text and speaker notes to convey your information effectively.
For example, you can use brief bulleted lists summarizing the highlights of your analysis on the slide, and include more detailed explanations where needed in your speaker notes.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
Implementation strategy (slides 1–3): Recommend an implementation strategy for Toyota.
-Determine whether the company will need to buy, build, or ally with another company.
-Consider the skills, facilities, products, and services the company will need to capitalize on the identified opportunity.
-Use the speaker notes of your presentation to explain the strategy behind your buy, build, and ally recommendations.

“Selective Targeting of the Inactive State of Hematopoietic Cell Kinase (Hck) with a Stable Curcumin Derivative “

Explain at least two experiments in the paper you selected. Carefully read the Experimental Methods section of the literature paper to determine how the experiments worked. You will need to consult other online sources (wikipedia and google work great) to understand what the researchers did. Describe
how these experiments were done. Leave out the details related to temperature, volume and masses.
Do explain any instruments (and the theory behind how the instruments work) that were used. Fully cite all of your references, including titles, authors, dates, journal, volume and pages
