Describe and assess the impact of the implementation of the recommendation on the organizational structure and performance relative to the forecasted demand for the services or products offered.

As part of the implementation plan, you have been asked to prepare the report that is outlined below.

The report needs to address the following areas:

Describe and assess the impact of the implementation of the recommendation on the organizational structure and performance relative to the forecasted demand for the services or products offered.

Explain how the implementation of the recommendation serves as a specific solution to a real health care problem that is facing the organization, and discuss elements of the proposed design that serve to improve balancing costs, quality, and access to care among all stakeholder groups (e.g., patients, providers, and third-party payers).

Present a forecasted strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis for at least 3 internal and 3 external stakeholder groups relative to expected outcomes after full implementation of the recommendation.

Develop a strategic communication plan, including key messages, benchmarks, and approaches that can be used to communicate the change within the organization, and draft an external press release announcing the organization’s strategic initiative to the health care industry.

Assignment Content

Workplace security and tracking
Health information, convenience, and security

Describe how your awareness of the privacy and tracking policy affects your online or offline behavior.

Write an essay of between 1200-1400 words, based on -Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill (1998).

Option Two—Analysis of an Album:

You will write an essay of between 1200-1400 words, based on -Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill (1998)
In your essay, we do not want you to just recount factual information such as who produced it or its placement in the charts (in other words, it should not read like a Wikipedia entry). Make sure to avoid the language of a fan (excessive praise, hyperbole, exaggerated claims, etc.). Attributes to consider might include instrumental sounds, beats, samples, lyrical content, collabs, etc.

Carefully describe and analyze what you hear. We recommend that you focus on just 2-3 tracks, given the length of the paper. In other words, your analysis should not be a general review of the entire work; it should be focused around a main idea, thesis, or point of view. We also recommend consulting websites (Genius, Whosampled.com, etc.) and reviews.

Use of Sources: Each essay, regardless of topic, must make substantive use of two course readings or documentary films. Substantive includes use of key ideas/topics, as well as citations or references.

Audience & Formatting: You should write your essay for a college-educated reader, one who is relatively familiar with the texts or terms you discuss.

Apply some of the concepts you’ve learned about visual and digital rhetoric to examine a digital ad or image then explain the intended goal and effects of that ad or image in an essay.

Visual/Digital Rhetorical Analysis

Directions
For this assignment, you will apply some of the concepts you’ve learned in this module about visual and digital rhetoric to examine a digital ad or image. You will explain the intended goal and effects of that ad or image in an essay.

To complete this assignment, locate a piece of visual or digital rhetoric. This could be an advertisement (print or video, commercial), a famous photo or painting, a poster, an image (possibly with some text), or even a graphic novel–that is intended to persuade.

The piece that you chose should be fairly sophisticated. You don’t want to analyze the obvious. Your analysis needs to help the reader understand how the text/image works to persuade its intended audience.

Recommend doing a simple Google search with a phrase like “Great print or digital ads to analyze.” Or you might consider analyzing an intriguing commercial or infomercial. Now, you need to start analyzing the visual/digital ad that you have chosen.

Read through the various expert predictions regarding the potential state of privacy in 2025.

Select 1 prediction that you think is most likely to be accurate and 1 prediction that you do not think will come to fruition. Draw from the readings and your own experiences to discuss why you think your 2 selected predictions are either valid or invalid?

What additional predictions might you add to the list?
