Now, it is time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go well. Based on feedback throughout the course, what would you have done differently in terms of scope, resources, and schedule, and why?

You will use a systematic approach to develop a training plan, starting with a needs assessment, developing learning objectives, describing approaches, theories, and methods, and ending with evaluating success.
In response to at least two peers, ask questions about the training proposed. For instance, if I am planning to create a training plan around building a new employee orientation, you may want to ask me what specific areas of orientation I will be focusing on.
If you are concerned about company information disclosures, create a fictitious company name. Remember that this project should be applicable to either a current or potential future career/job position.
Be sure to review the discussion board at least three times throughout the week.

Give a brief overview of your training plan topic and background. Remember you can create a fictitious company and training. Try to make this project work for you!
Create at least one lower-order and one higher-order learning objective. You will use these Learning Objectives as part of your Final Project. These objectives will be the foundation on which you will build your plan. As you design it, you might add more objectives (particularly as you dive into the task analysis next week and pick the particular knowledge and skills needed by the trainees).
Your objectives should be actioned-based and use the action verbs proposed in Bloom’s Taxonomy. For example, this week in this course you have two objectives:
Develop specific and measurable objectives as a result of a needs assessment.
Create objectives based upon Bloom’s Taxonomy relevant to a training plan to satisfy a need within an organization.

Resources to find 12-step Meetings in Your Area/ Online
For the 12-step participation paper you have three options:
Attend two face-to-face meetings in your local area
Attend two online meetings (which you may feel more comfortable with during Covid-19)
Attend one face-to-face meeting and one online meeting
As a reminder: at least one of the 12-step meetings must be an Alcoholics Anonymous or A.A. meeting.
It is important to make sure that you attend meetings that are marked as “open” meetings unless you identify as being in recovery. An open meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend. A closed meeting is only open to persons who identify as belonging to the organization. Out of respect for the recovering community, please follow these guidelines.
Although the 12-step meetings are not therapy sessions, it is best practices to keep the content of the meeting confidential in the sense that you do not share names in your posts/ writing and you do not publicly identify the events and content of the meeting. As a class, we will hold this information confidential between us.
