You have now delivered the project to your customer. The project was delivered ahead of schedule, as requested by your project sponsor, but over budget by 20 percent. Now, it is time to reflect on what went well and what didn’t go well. Based on feedback throughout the course, what would you have done differently in terms of scope, resources, and schedule, and why?
discuss your idea for your Final Project. What training topic are you choosing? Why are you choosing it? What hesitations or concerns do you have regarding this topic or the training plan in general?
As you are creating your plan keep in mind: How does an organization, supervisors/department heads, training managers help people gain knowledge, skills, and abilities? How can you help employees apply what they learn? How do you know your training program is effective?
You will use a systematic approach to develop a training plan, starting with a needs assessment, developing learning objectives, describing approaches, theories, and methods, and ending with evaluating success.
In response to at least two peers, ask questions about the training proposed. For instance, if I am planning to create a training plan around building a new employee orientation, you may want to ask me what specific areas of orientation I will be focusing on.
If you are concerned about company information disclosures, create a fictitious company name. Remember that this project should be applicable to either a current or potential future career/job position.
Be sure to review the discussion board at least three times throughout the week.
Overview
This is the final of three assignments.At this point, most communication issues have stabilized, and the execution process is producing deliverables. The sponsor, as well as the project team, are now focused on project performance and closure.
Instructions
Write a 3–4 page paper in which you address the following:
Now that the project is in the execution process, summarize your project to date.
Describe 3–4 deliverables produced from the execution of your project.
Explain how project baselines are established and why they are important to EVM calculations.

Develop a proposal to communicate project execution, control, and closure strategies to a specified audience.
Post a description of a situation in which your chosen person experienced positive treatment due to privilege related to perceived racial or ethnic identity. Objectives are vital to the design of any training plan. They outline exactly what you expect your trainees to be able to do and know after being trained.

For this assignment:
Give a brief overview of your training plan topic and background. Remember you can create a fictitious company and training. Try to make this project work for you!
Create at least one lower-order and one higher-order learning objective. You will use these Learning Objectives as part of your Final Project. These objectives will be the foundation on which you will build your plan. As you design it, you might add more objectives (particularly as you dive into the task analysis next week and pick the particular knowledge and skills needed by the trainees).
Your objectives should be actioned-based and use the action verbs proposed in Bloom’s Taxonomy. For example, this week in this course you have two objectives:
Develop specific and measurable objectives as a result of a needs assessment.
Create objectives based upon Bloom’s Taxonomy relevant to a training plan to satisfy a need within an organization.
Avoid generic words and phrases such as “learn,” “understand,” and “know.” Instead, focus on how you will measure and prove that your trainees have mastered the content.

Whales have been hunted to extirpation and near extinction in many places around the world. Incorporating both top predators and plankton feeding megafauna, it is fair to expect that their removal might have a knock-on effect on local foodwebs. However, is this effect really significant? 1) Who do you plan to interview for your Harm Reduction Interview? Why have you selected this person and what type of harm reduction program does this person provide services in? Please identify two individuals or programs you seek to contact in case one does not work out.
2) Which 12-step meetings do you plan to attend? (Reminder: you are encouraged to attend digital 12-step meetings to support Covid-19 stay at home orders and social distancing precautions) You are encouraged to contact the individuals/ programs you’ve identified for the Harm Reduction interview right away. Scheduling the interview can take time, and it’s best not to wait until the last minute.

Resources to find 12-step Meetings in Your Area/ Online
For the 12-step participation paper you have three options:
Attend two face-to-face meetings in your local area
Attend two online meetings (which you may feel more comfortable with during Covid-19)
Attend one face-to-face meeting and one online meeting
As a reminder: at least one of the 12-step meetings must be an Alcoholics Anonymous or A.A. meeting.
It is important to make sure that you attend meetings that are marked as “open” meetings unless you identify as being in recovery. An open meeting is open to anyone who would like to attend. A closed meeting is only open to persons who identify as belonging to the organization. Out of respect for the recovering community, please follow these guidelines.
Although the 12-step meetings are not therapy sessions, it is best practices to keep the content of the meeting confidential in the sense that you do not share names in your posts/ writing and you do not publicly identify the events and content of the meeting. As a class, we will hold this information confidential between us.
