Develop a project schedule using Microsoft Project and add it to your project plan.Introduction Devising a project schedule is what pulls together all the different pieces of a project:Cost.Resources.Deliverables.Schedule development involves analyzing the order of the project tasks or activity sequences and their durations, or how long they will take to ?nish. It requires determining the start and ?nish dates of all the project tasks or activities. If the start and ?nish dates are unrealistic, the project is not likely to ?nish on schedule.The schedule development must be done during the processes that provide inputs about time and duration. As you will ?nd out, resources and cost are determined prior to determination of the actual project schedule. It is important to ?gure out how much time is needed for the project tasks and then schedule them accordingly.There are a number of useful tools.
