Inclusive Leadership is quickly becoming the go-to leadership model in today’s workplace. Inclusive leadership seeks to assure all team members feel they are treated respectfully and fairly, are valued and sense that they belong, and are confident and inspired. From the article, you will quickly learn how beneficial this type of leadership is particularly towards millennials and generation Z.

Assignment Checklist
In this week’s Diversity Article #3, there are 6 inclusive leader traits researchers found. In this Harvard Business Review article, please address the following elements in your assignment:
For each of the six inclusive leadership traits, state the trait and how have you seen (or not seen) this trait exemplified in the workplace or classroom. Note, leadership doesn’t always come from leaders, look at your colleagues and classmates that are younger or at the same level as you. I.e. have you seen inclusive leadership in this class or within your working group?
What leaders say and do has an outsized impact on others, but research indicates that this effect is even more pronounced when they are leading diverse teams. In your own words, define inclusive leadership and how you have or plan to lead inclusively in the workplace or the classroom.
