MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS IN HUMAN SERVICES

Select a specific organization and review, critically analyze and examine the structure of the nonprofit organization and of its human resources department. Is it positioned to be a strategic partner? Describe the structure and comment on what you believe are its challenges and strengths. Research should be gathered from available interviews (podcasts, etc), organizational publications, and/or other published material.

Please cite every source used. In-text citations for every source mentioned is a MUST, and I’ve been noticing a lot of writers on here fail at this aspect.
