I have worked as a nurse for the last 15 years, and currently working with Fairview, as an Assistant Director of nurses at Ebenezer Care Center, Minneapolis. I also work part time as a Trauma nurse at North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale. I completed thousands of hours performing several nursing functions related to the nursing process, these functions include but not limited to the following:

• Good communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks.

• Problem resolution and providing quality care to patients.

• Liaison between families, patients, and healthcare providers.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, administer medications, treatment as well as receiving and transcribing orders.
