COVID-19 vaccines are currently under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). It is possible that prior to full FDA approval healthcare organizations and non-healthcare organizations will require the vaccine as a condition of employment.

1. Do you think the COVID-19 vaccination should be a condition of employment in non-healthcare organizations or to enroll/attend school? Why or why not?

2. Do you think individuals working in a healthcare setting should be required to have the COVID-19 vaccination even if other sectors of employment do not? Why or why not?

o Attaching vaccine info;

o Personally I received my vaccine because I was required to but not by my own choice;

o I got one of the reactions of the vaccine of uncontrolled A-fib that is spontaneous like many other co-workers that I know but was lucky not to remain in ICU like others for it;

o Because this vaccine is EUA , one does not get support from government for its side effects and many pay out of their own pockets for their side effect issues
